Estimated job time: about minutes including travel from our base, loading, delivery and return to base.

Driving time is an allowance based on distance; the team will check the route.

Travel from to collection and back after delivery is included. Item handling and stairs are included in the time calculation. Any extra estimated time is already included in this total.

What the estimate covers

The local package covers the selected moving team, the first 60 minutes of estimated loading, driving and unloading, and 15 driving kilometres. Extra estimated time and vehicle distance appear in the breakdown.

A 500 kg-rated tail lift and trolley are available. The team confirms the suitable van, item weights and access. Long-distance trips, larger loads, heavy or specialist items, assembly and difficult access receive an individual quote. Parking, tolls and any return journey are agreed before booking.

All online rates and time allowances are provisional. The team agrees the final price and pickup slot before booking. Additional work or charges require your agreement.

What could a smaller collection cost?

Illustrative estimates using our current provisional rates: 15 km total driving (including travel from and back to Newcastle, Dublin, Ireland), one mover with customer help, ground-floor access and nearby parking. The local package includes 60 minutes; any additional estimated time is included in the example total. Amounts include VAT where applicable. These examples do not reserve a van.

Your final quote should specify: goods, route, moving team, loading and unloading arrangements, agreed extras and collection window. One mover assumes you can safely help; choose two movers if you cannot.

What can change the price? Longer routes, stairs, difficult access, parking, extra movers, assembly, tolls, urgent requests and specialist handling. We confirm loading time, capacity and the total before booking.

Can I book just one item?

Yes. Choose the one-item quote option for a sofa, appliance or another item. Add the route and access details so the team can confirm the right vehicle and price.

Is my preferred date confirmed immediately?

No. Your enquiry is saved first. The office agrees availability, the final price and collection arrangements with you before confirming the booking. Your private booking page shows the latest recorded details.

Do I need to help carry?

The one-mover option assumes you can safely help with loading and unloading. Choose two movers if you cannot. The office checks heavy or specialist items and confirms a suitable team.

What about stairs, parking and fragile goods?

Tell us about floors, lifts, outside steps, long carries, parking restrictions and fragile or unusually heavy items. Photos and dimensions help the team assess handling and avoid surprises. Specialist goods may require an individual quote.

When do I pay?

After the office agrees your job and price, it can provide a secure Stripe payment link with the deposit amount and cancellation terms. Your booking page shows recorded payments and any balance link. No payment is taken by the quote form.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Contact the office using your reference before changing the goods, route or time. The team checks availability and any price change. Review the cancellation terms shown on your agreed payment offer; refunds are arranged by the office.
